Education in Human Values (“EHV”), published by the Human Values Foundation, is a fully resourced, well structured, ready-to-teach values education programme, designed for early years and primary schools (ie ages 4 to 12) and highly acclaimed worldwide.

Its practical and engaging content enables pupils to become:
• successful learners
• confident individuals and
• responsible citizens.

Teeming with activities that build on and cement progress, pupils gain life-enriching values for:
• themselves, as individuals
• their relationships
• their place in society and
• their environment.

It’s ideal for Assemblies and developing essential skills and qualities, integrating:
• SMSC (Spiritual, Moral, Social and Cultural education)
• PSHEE (Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education)
• Citizenship;
• PLTS (Personal, Learning and Thinking Skills) and
• SEAL (Social and Emotional Aspects of Learning).

The fully evidenced, wide-ranging benefits help to secure:
• a positive, enviable school ethos
• high quality, rewarding teaching and learning
• social, emotional and personal wellbeing
• effective community cohesion and
• children, pupils and adults who know they belong.

... and to ease pupils’ transition into their Secondary school ...

Social and Emotional Education (“SEE”) – another superb values education programme available from the Human Values Foundation. Designed principally for pupils aged 12 to 14+, it’s also proving very constructive for older students identified as likely to benefit from some extra support.

Each non-denominational, multi-cultural programme comprises 3 (A4) books: a Teachers’ Manual – with implementation tips and guidance giving confidence to all teachers, whatever their experience - and two volumes of learning units covering 2 to 3 years’ work – equipping young people with positive, life-enriching values.
